Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 72 hours (in person) and 48 hours (online) before your booked session. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of your session. Client agrees to have read the Client - Coach Agreement and signed [opted in] this agreement, dated [submission date] which sets out the conditions and understandings for a coaching relationship between Ralitza Spassova (Coach) and [name of client] (Client).
