I grew up surrounded by the hum of conversations, the energy of customers walking in and out, and the rhythm of creation and exchange. Business wasn’t something I learned later in life it was something I absorbed from the very beginning. As I grew older, that early exposure evolved into a deep passion. I’ve worked with some of the biggest companies in the world, managed large international teams, and navigated millions upon millions in business growth. Today, I’m the founder of The Empire Circles and six other companies dedicated to empowering women in leadership, entrepreneurship, and conscious wealth creation. Over the past 13 years, I’ve mentored Fortune 500 companies, Silicon Valley startups, and personally coached more than 5,000 women entrepreneurs across six continents and 41 industries resulting in over $500M in client growth and $7M in personal business revenue. My programs and courses have supported 20,000+ women worldwide. As an award-winning expert in female leadership and the author of The Future of Business Is Female (Top 10 Women in Business category), my mission is to help women build profitable, purpose-driven businesses without sacrificing their mental health or happiness. I’m also the host of The Woman Podcast, a TEDx and Women in Tech Summit speaker, and have lectured entrepreneurs in New York, Spain, Italy, Greece, and the Netherlands.
