Cancellation Policy

WAIVER EXPERIENCE OF OLYLIFE FREQUENCY WELLNESS DEVICES I understand that OlyLife wellness devices use gentle frequency-based energy for general wellbeing and are not medical devices. I take full responsibility for my own health during this demonstration where personal experiences of OlyLife devices are offered for free and/or for a small nominal payment. If I’m under medical care, have any condition or medical device implant, or am unsure whether OlyLife is suitable for me, I’ll check with my doctor first. If I feel any discomfort, I’ll stop immediately and tell the facilitator. I will notify my facilitator if I have any medical conditions, and will not participate in a demo if I have any of the following: Pregnant or possibly pregnant Pacemaker, ICD or other implanted cardiac electronic device Cochlear implant Implanted neurostimulator Implanted medication/insulin pump or another active electronic implant Metallic implant in the area exposed to the device Active bleeding/hemorrhage or significant tendency to bleed Fever or acute illness Unable to reliably communicate discomfort or abnormal sensations Significantly impaired sensation/neuropathy, particularly where heat is being applied Any condition where heat exposure has been medically restricted A significant heart condition or arrhythmia Epilepsy/seizure disorder Active cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment Recent surgery DVT/thrombosis/thrombophlebitis An organ transplant or significant immunosuppression Any implanted metal, including plates, screws, joint replacements or stents Significant neuropathy or reduced temperature sensation A serious medical condition Any uncertainty about whether PEMF, terahertz or heat is appropriate for you Using the devices despite these warnings and/or having contraindications is the user's (my) responsibility. By checking this box/agreeing to this policy by checking out, I acknowledge that I’m participating voluntarily and release OlyLife, its facilitators, and the venue from any responsibility for any effects or outcomes, should I choose to have a personal experience of any or all of the OlyLife devices.
