LOTUS ✨🪷💫 HOME RETREATS Come Home to Yourself. Come Back Into Community. A 6-week transformational retreat journey beginning with a 3-day intimate immersion at Lotus Home on the Sunshine Coast in Gibsons, BC. Facilitated by Melissa Crawford, MD and Ralitza Spassova, MD, former physicians turned transformational guides. This retreat is for men and women ready to come home to themselves, restoring balance, releasing old patterns, healing core wounds, reconnecting with their body and community, and activating the purpose, passion, power, and authentic expression that has been waiting beneath survival, protection, performance, and conditioning. Retreat Dates: Option 1: August 16 evening arrival, August 17 full retreat day, August 18 morning integration + departure Option 2: August 21 evening arrival, August 22 full retreat day, August 23 morning integration + departure Each retreat is limited to 11 participants. You will experience guided meditations, somatic and emotional journeys, core wound integration, limiting belief release, unconscious reprogramming, identity activation, healing circles, fireside conversations, ocean dips, lotus pond connection, wood-fired sauna, tenting on the land, community reflection, embodiment practices, and integration mapping. Base tuition includes tenting/camping and one catered meal on day 2. Lotus Home is in Gibsons, BC, accessed by a scenic 40-minute ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale. Drive-on ferry booking is encouraged. Walk-on passengers may use paid parking at Horseshoe Bay at their own risk. Pick-up from Langdale may be arranged with hosts, or guests may use BC Transit.
